Pizza Review
When I heard the owner and pizza maker worked at L’Industrie I immediately took the 4 hour drive on a Friday to get here. One of the best put together pies you’ll come across the crust is crazy light using some of the finest ingredients. It’s charred, it’s got killer flavor but ITS LIGHT!!! The sauce is tangy and sweet very fresh but not overpowering. The cheese is the good shit, Grande mozz tops this pie with a small amount of basil and is finished off with a nice coating of hard cheese. Absolutely incredible, even nicer guy. Dario took the time to talk to me and tell me about the place his passion for great pizza and putting out a great product is off the charts. Stop what your doing and make the trip out here now!!!
