Best Square not rookie score. When I’m in Brooklyn I stop for 2 squares or bring home a square pie.

Stopped in for a couple slices and was not disappointed. Both were good but the fresh mozz slice on the left had better flavor. Good crisp on the undercarriage and sauce was tasty. Side note: The owner is an awesome guy full of life and great stories. Definitely recommend giving him a listen.

I am not usually a fan of a thick Sicilian pie, however, DaVinci in Brooklyn is the King of Square pizza. While the dough rises high, it is as light as a cloud and as crispy as a pretzel. While the pizza does not look like it would be “light,“ it actually is. In addition, the sauce and cheese meld together into a river of deliciousness. The place looks like it has been around for over 50 or 60 years, and it has. Definitely not a place to enjoy indoor dining with a view, but definitely a place to go to get one of the best Sicilian pizzas in NYC.

Excellent pizza! Good sauce, good texture, this your textbook pizza pie.

Great flavor in the sauce and cheese, a little small in size but for sure worth the price. Highly recommend!

After hearing so much hype about this place having "the best Sicilian in Brooklyn" I had to try it. Wow, I cannot be any more disappointed. Absolutely zero flavor on the regular. The Sicilian tasted like every other average place. Had to put a ton of garlic and oregano on the regular to to get it to taste just okay. Maybe it would be better fresh and not reheated. Sad day

I requested my reheated pizza HOT. When my reheated pizza was removed from the oven after 90 seconds, I reminded them I wanted it HOT. Instead of putting my slices back in the oven. I was informed that pizza oven is 500 degrees. End result, my regular slice was warm and my Sicilian slice was cold. I traveled from Queens for this place on a recommendation. Pizza might have been a 7.0-8.0 if it was given to me hot. I will never know as I won’t be back.

Heavy on the cheese, perfect use of crust, good thickness and not too hard, solid definition of New York Pizza here

Has less flavor than a typical $1 slice. Crust is better than most slices though. Not worth 3 bucks
