Man is this pizza good! You can taste the history in the wood fire char on the crust. Inside is like a pizza dream, the light smoke and flour in the air, 6 or 7 folks moving around like a pizza making dance. I remember no being impressed a few years ago, I don’t know what changed but this is so far the best pizza I e had in the capital district 8.5, that’s a review

Great taste. Couod be a little crispier for me but I had a 20 min drive after ordering that may have had some affect. Still very good.

Pizza was absolutely amazing, crispy undercarriage with an almost spongey bread, perfectly seasoned sauce with an incredible cheese blend that melts so perfectly. Staff is amazing also!!

Using Bread Dough instead of Pizza Dough is just brilliant. Definitely elevated the pizza in a way that makes this place stand out amongst others. This is an old school pizza place that gives me nostalgia.

Went to the location in Albany. It’s okay, not bad, not great. I prefer more sauce. NYC has much better pizza

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. A must go anytime you are in the Troy/Albany area. Great crust. Not too greasy. Hits all the areas of good pizza.

Very good pizza but it was cold when I got it do to my own fault for being late. I truer believe it would be in the 8s if I got there in time. The hangover cake is amazing and a must order
