I wanna believe the ingredients are high quality and they know what they’re doing in kitchen but maybe I caught them on an off day. They’re opening up a second location on Washington Ave so they’re definitely doing something right but they need a new reheating system because the pizza got cold FAST. Seems to be a favorite among locals and their baguette won some “best bread” award. I mean their business cards say “probably the best bread in the world.” We’ll probably not. Decent, nothing special.
