Pizza Review
DiPietro’s Pizzeria Salisbury, MD OK, let's skip the restaurant, which would benefit from a cleaning & lowering the room temp below high 80's...rotating floor fan was a nice touch The Pie, a Margharita, was not; what it was started with dough, that either was old and/or frozen. Absolutely no rise, no salt or yeast taste, just dead. The sauce was chunked tomatoes, watery and unforgettable. Cheese was the mozz-blend, completely over-whelmed by the ridiculous amount of minced garlic; to the point that's the only taste from this creation. I believe I saw 3-4 tiny pieces of what was basil. Difficult to chew, runny sauce, cheese and garlic slides off the slab of crust....."New York Style"....not sure what 'style' this is.... If you're in the neighborhood, treat yourself to Papa Johns ***🍕*** Utterly forgettable
