The Pizza at Deacon Baldi's actually comes from a food truck called Raise Pizza. Be prepared to wait a really long time for your pizza to be ready. By New York standards, this Pizza is below average, by Texas standards it's above average. I guess it's better than more Mexican food truck fare.
