DeFazio's Pizzeria

One 3 hour drive for pizza, everybody knows the rules. The bread dough is king here. It’s delicious. The crust is just as much a star of the show as the sauce (slight tang but not overly seasoned) and the cheese (real mozzarella, not laid on too thick, but enough to say “pizza needs cheese guy”). Prez was right to adjust the score, it got better as it cooled down. Reheated the next day on a pizza stone, the flop went away and the crisp was dynamite. Big score. 8.5. That’s a review.
