Pizza Review
Was visiting the Adirondacks and took a detour to hit this famous pizza spot in the NY Capitol Region. The bread dough makes for a heavy slice along with a pretty thick coat of cheese and some robust, chunky sauce. Great flavor, not too different from good Westchester pizza I grew up on, just a doughier texture. Nicely cooked to compensate, I would drive an hour for this if I lived in Upstate, NY
