DeGiovannis Pizza

When I first saw the slice I said to myself, “Wow!!! That is an ugly slice of pizza!” I prayed it didn’t taste as bad as it looked. Unfortunately it did. For pizzeria pizza this is a failure. At best it tasted like an OK frozen pizza right down to the crust. It seemed like the people who own it are Portuguese and that makes sense because the pizza tasted like non Italians trying to make Italian food. I wondered why the lunch special was just one slice and a soda. Usually a lunch special is two slices and a soda. After eating the pizza I now understand why as no one would want a second slice. One is more than enough.

Good pie. Solid cheese, sauce is good, seasoning is nice, crust ok. Enjoyable overall good for Florida pizza. Side note the garlic knots were 🔥

Great sauce Lacks crunch

I was honestly surprised by how good this was. I expected flop but there was zero flop on both slices. Light weight, good size, really good sauce. I will be back, $6 for 2 slices and a drink.

An absolutely fantastic NY style pizza. They cook it how you want it and clearly use high quality ingredients. The staff is also awesome! Highly recommend! Garlic knots are easily the best I’ve had as well!
