The sauce has a nice kick. Delicious crust. Very fresh. Overall fantastic. Will be back for sure.

Margherita pie, saucy and well done. Great taste, crispy bottom and chewy crust. Would love to come back to try some of the specialty pizzas 🍕

Excellent pie, crust crust , very little flop, sweet sauce, it’s a margarita pie, but I think anyone who likes that style, this is one of the best! I would definitely but this on your list, when your down the Jersey shore.

I knew something was “off” after I picked up the pie, and my car did not smell like pizza on the way home. Looks were deceiving- it did not taste as good as it looked. It was bland and the mozz was cut too thinly, so it “baked into” the pizza, as opposed to a nice cheese pull after taking a bite. *Sigh* I was so disappointed overall.

This is the Jersey Shore’s version of Grimaldi’s pizza: coal-fired Margherita style pies; unfortunately, this tastes more like Grimaldi’s chain pizza than the original Brooklyn spot. Aesthetically, it looks like it’s going to be delicious but the ingredients pass the eye test and come up short in the taste department. Starting with the sauce, it’s lacking in both quantity & quality. It needs some zing or zip, it’s too light & slightly sweet but there’s definitely not enough on the pie to make a fair assessment of its flavor. The fresh mozzarella is easily the best component…creamy & tasty with great texture, it deserves a better supporting cast. In my experience, coal-fired ovens don’t get hot enough to produce crispy pizza. This is no exception. The smokey flavor and slight char aren’t enough to carry the super soft dough and chewy crust. The shredded basil classes up the pie but doesn’t add much other than colorful decoration. Spread on more sauce with a little extra pizzazz and find a way to make this pie crispier, then we can talk 8s; but as it is, this is decent local shore pizza that doesn’t live up to the hype and is not a destination spot by any means.

Tried the "Vinny" pie large. Crust was well cooked, doughy, not bad. Not much tomato 🍅 sauce. Pesto bland, but blended in well. The ingredients very fresh. The cheeses tasty and blended well. Needed some more salt for flavor. Overall a very fresh pie that was tasty. Nice outdoor seating. It was pretty good. Ill try a different pie next time.

Wasn’t as good as I was expecting, too little toppings and disappointing.
