I like the crust

Wow. Simply wow, the flavor on this pizza was simply incredible! Amazing toppings, sauce and tons of wood fire flavor. The crust was a bit soft and floppy. Had it been more crispy, this could’ve easily been one of the best pizzas in my opinion. Definitely a worthy spot and worth trying if you haven’t been here before.

Super solid neopolitan pizza.

Super, super light pizza. Flop, but very well done. Great crisp; but also intense flop. It is really good pizza. Maybe just needs to firm up a little Bit. Watched the pizza maker throw the dough 10 feet in the air. I think el prez would think of this more of Neopolatin pizza? But, I like it.

Fresh & fluffy- also great wine selection & the coolest food truck there ever was.

Had the Arribbiata. Spicy sausage and good flavor. Had a surprisingly floppy crust.

First time trying neopolitan. Pretty good!

Tangy sauce. Much more present than other neo pizzas. I like this more than I remember.

Only neopolitan that scores in the 8’s

Where do I start, asked me when I said I want a pepperoni pizza, “just tomato, mozzarella and pepperoni” which of course I said yes. Came out in like 5 minutes where the crust and whole pizza actually was still doughy. And I taste buffalo, talk about a foul ball.

Too much flop, salty, runny sauce, but crust is very good
