This was wonderful. I love the dough. It’s so airier it’s like eating a cloud. I would totally come back.

Great pizza. Thin and crispy. Zero flop and a great crust…nice char all around.

This was a tough one. Beautiful pie. Excellent crust , crisp. No flop. However the sauce was just non existent. It was still very good as you could put feces on this crust and it would still be good. But to get in the 8s I need to be willing to go out of my way to get the pizza. And it didn’t quite meet that mark. Still good score

STELLAR experience!!! This pizza tied Angelo’s for me (also in Philly). The undercarriage was better (nice, thin, and crunchy), and the crust was charred, airy, and overall beyond satisfying to fold! The only thing that didn’t make this the best pizza I have ever had was the lack of basil/sweetness in the sauce, but honestly, that’s scraping the bottom of the barrel in the name of being stringent and critical in my ratings. This pizza truly is legendary. But the cheesesteak. Holy shit. That IS the best cheesesteak I have ever had, and I mustered up the courage to give that a 9.6! The roll was extra toasty and filled with seeds (on par with Angelo’s), the steak itself is firmly on another level with how thick, fatty, tender, and generous portions with a PERFECT cheese distribution. The steak alone, I can say with confidence, is the best cheesesteak meat out of the many cheesesteak adventures. The SOLE thing that prevented me from pulling out the 10 (which, I know, is a daring thought, but please do not take away from the fact that my standards are incredibly high) was the onions. I wish they were caramelized just a bit more to add a sweetness dimension. Do not walk. RUN to this fantastic Philly establishment. My socks have been completely and utterly knocked off.

Solid crust. Good ratio / quantities of sauce and cheese. Lacked the pop to make it truly special and crust may have been a little bit over cooked / flaked off too much.

8.95. 2nd stop on the pizza birthday crawl. Great pizza just prefer more sauce

Fantastic pizza. Personally I like the bubbles. Crust and cheese were spot on.

If we had gotten it piping hot, I believe it would have been a higher score. But it was so bready, and so much char, that it was hard to taste the sauce.

Pretty solid. I like my pizza with more cheese and sauce and it didn’t have that, so I think Dave overrated it a bit, but to each their own. Still damn good. 0 flop.

Great pie! Crust crispy, some parts were over charred others were perfect.

Very good overall. Crust was extremely crispy with no flop, as well as very airy, and very little grease was on the pizza. However, it was very bubbly which I do not prefer. Also I like some charring, but this was a bit too charred as all of the bubbles charred. Also, too light on the cheese.

Think it was underdone. Could definitely be better

I was actually astonished as to how much I didn’t care for this pizza. Such a big name and such a let down. Dough/crust was great so I didn’t give a terrible score. Cheese was cheap tasting and the sauce was an oreganoy mess. Skip this and get the cheesesteaks

First time here! Extra floppy and too saucy for me. Great crust. If you like your pizza with a lot of sauce, this is a place for you.
