Neapolitan style and burned my mouth on first bite 😂. Crust, flop, source, all decent. Though something is slightly off from the authentic Neapolitan, but all in all, arguably the best Neapolitan pie in Seattle.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the pizza here. Typical Neapolitan, nothing special. However, the service is absolutely abysmal. Every order comes with an automatic 20% gratuity, even if you’re carrying out. This little, mediocre pie cost me $30. Absolutely bonkers. When I inquired about the steep price, the waitress was extremely condescending and rude. I ended up paying for the pizza, so as not to make a scene, and there was no seating available. It was a beautiful day, so I figured I would eat the pizza outside. There is no outdoor seating available, so my wife and I began eating our $30 pizza on the sidewalk. We were not blocking the entrance. We were not causing any problems. Just politely, eating our pizza. Shortly after we began, the annoying waitress from inside came out and rudely asked us to, “Eat somewhere else.” Honestly, that sums up my entire experience with this place. Just eat somewhere else. The pizza isn’t great, there’s limited seating, and the vibes are bad. I’m sure the rest of the staff are decent, but the woman I dealt with was one of the worst people I have ever met (looking at you, aging blonde with the fake lips and leathery skin). I’m from NY, where the pizza is 100x more impressive, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment anywhere. Stay away from this one, folks. The pizza and service will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Delancey… Let’s start with the best part, The cheese - great blend of cheeses. It had just enough saltiness to satisfy my tastebuds but was still creamy. Also had a great amount, not too much and not too little. The dough - super light and crisp with no flop. I was really happy with how cooked it was as well, good char. The sauce - the sauce was okay, nothing too crazy which is fine but personally my favorite part of a good pizza is the sauce. When you have a good sauce, it compliments every other ingredient. I’m not disappointed in it though. Overall very solid Seattle pizza. Compared to the pizzas in Seattle I’d give it an 8.6 but compared to every pizza in play, it’s a 7.8.

On a Seattle scale this is a 10, 9.1 on the PWN scale, 8.9 on the national scale. All in all an incredible pie. My fiancée gives it an 8.5 but she is from Bellingham and has never tasted flavor in her adult life

Fancy pizza. Wood fired. Way overpriced for a small pie. Tasty, too burnt in some places. Good cheese, good sauce.

1st time (pictured) was really good. 2nd & 3rd times we’re okay. Crispy pepperoni, charred crust with good salt. Jersey salad is really good.

Not too shabby. One of the better slices in the Seattle area.
