Wood fire oven pretty solid wanted more crisp on it good taste

Ingredients were of above average quality and the sauce was quite nice. My biggest complaint was that the pizza was undercooked. Lotsa flop. I’d try it again because maybe they were just exceptionally busy, but for a $25 pizza I’ll need to be pretty hungry.

Good Za for San Francisco. Little flop and little grease but very solid overall. Crust was great as was the spicy salami. I’d definitely grab another and the staff was amazing! 6.8 that’s a review (~);}

This review is for the hot salami, coppa, marinara, and diavolicchi pie. Crust appears to be wood fired with a slight, but not overwhelming char. Thin bodied crust with minimal flop. Perimeter crust is thick, but light and airy with a good crisp. Cheese is a B+, not quite as good as fresh mozzarella but very solid. Sauce has full fresh tomato flavor, could use more zing but the coppa and diavolicchi provide a ton of spice. Two experienced pizza reviewers score an 8.3 with no collision or prior consultation.

Margherita pizza with burrata

Very thin. Not a lot of cheese. Good sausage. Way too much flop. No structure, frankie, no structure.

Great crust and cheese. Sauce is a bit watery, too much flop. Pro score.
