Delfino's Chicago Style Pizza

Good sauce and veggies. Not used to the Chicago style.

ordered the original cheese deep dish. very cheesy but the crust felt it had about 30% crunch to it and there wasn’t much char to the crust. still tasted pretty good. the crust just wasn’t the best. very solid.

Looked great, but not what I remember of Chicago stuffed pizza. Sauce had good flavor but crust was tasteless. Pizza might have also needed to cook a little longer since it was a bit sought inside. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. Note: Score might be higher if was not carry out and think it may have affected the pizza.

One bite - everyone knows the rules. Thin crust sausage and mushroom. Crispy crust, no flop - great under carriage. Super cheesy - very close to true Chicago pizza - probably best pizza place in Seattle.

It’s an 8.8, worth traveling for and just an amazingly good pizza.

Sadly not as good as deep dish in Chicago.

This is fun pizza, heavy, you can't eat alot, max 3 slices. Crust has personality.

Get the deep dish.
