Delizia 73

Delizia 73 more like Delizia 5.9…this was a super floppy doughy slice that I didn’t really enjoy too much. Maybe a fresh pie helps more but it did not pass the test as far as I’m concerned. Sauce didn’t wow me, cheese was bleh, crust was ok. I’d prob only come back for a fresh pie to see if it’s any different.

Grandma vodka

Not so good…tasted off and very weird smell when reheating. Margherita slice was the only thing I kind of enjoyed. My wife hated the garlic knots.

Have had probably close to 50 slices from here by now so I feel like I have a pretty good sense of this pizza Undercarriage cold use some more crisp, the crust as well. Sauce is very good but there needs to be more of it. The cheese could use some work but it’s decent and the amount is solid. Flop is totally dependent on the day. Overall solid football pizza and a great local spot to support and bring outta town friends too. Quick service and have to give an honorable mention to the chicken parm and meatball parm hero’s. The best $10 lunch in the UES.

Avg reliable city slice, no flop good structure, on the thinner side, would come back

Sauce is outstanding. Not too much flop even though I had toppings. The edges of the crust were very tough to chew though, so I went with a 6.5.

Truly a delicious slice of pizza. Thin crust but doesn’t flop. Cheese is some of the best I’ve found!

Not a rookie score. In between a 6.9 and a 7.1, so a round 7 it is. Football pizza. Not mad for a $3 slice. Crust has a sweetness to it, would love more pull out of the cheese. 🎤

Vodka square slice: very good slice of pizza; pretty floppy and could be crispier; cheese is cooked very well and tasted very good; very oily, could definitely be toned down; sauce is decent

Solid slice of football pizza. Undercarriage well done, and a crispy crust makes this a solid slice. Ratio of cheese and sauce is a bit off but overall a good slice.

Not terribly floppy, but only decent crust. Almost no sauce, and very little flavor. Cheese was weirdly gooey, like the mozzarella version of American cheese. Not particularly good.

Solid slice, nice sauce crisp bite. I actually enjoy the grandma slice more and would score that an 8.2

Crispy, cheesey and fresh

Excellent slice. Delicious tangy sauce, cheese, crust all well above average. A tad floppy and greasy but overall incredible pizza
