This place has been on my radar for a little while, but the hours made it tough to get to. I had a chance to try it and I didn’t really like it very much. I got the New Yorker with no pep. I tell you what, they must’ve substituted pepperoni with an insane amout of Parmesan cheese because that’s all I could taste. I could barely even taste the wood fire because of the Parmesan overload. The older I get the more I realize that Parmesan is a pizza killer if used misproperly. I could not tell you what the sauce tasted like if my life depended on it.
