Totally different slice from the majority of local joints. Servo flop and serious crisp/crunch without a burnt taste. Perfect depth of crust from edge to sauce/cheese. Slightly greasy is spots, but the ratio of sauce to cheese is damn near perfect. Sauce is flavorful and just about perfect. Great all around slice that is not what you find around here. I’d travel for this pie.

Great taste. No flop. Perfect Trenton tomato pie. The sausage garlic and cherry is a 10 always in my book but the plain is a 8.9. Best pie in the area.
