Ratio - essentially perfect Execution- perfect considering the intention Sauce - tomato perfection. Really good Cheese - subtle, understated and a perfect match to the sauce Dough- this is where it all falls apart. Taste is non-existent. It’s also well done to the point that it ceases being pizza dough and becomes a cracker. It’s actually too crunchy Overall - despite the lousy dough, it’s really good. Because it’s thin, anyone could house numerous slices, if not a whole pie. Just because it’s good doesn’t mean you should try it. You can do better. Rimsky-Korsakov said, “I firmly believe that art is essentially the most fascinating and intoxicating of lies!” Neighborhood worthy - yes Travel worthy - absolutely not. Being able to say I tried Trenton style is saying nothing. Saying you tried Apizza in CT or a traditional NY city slice matters. You can skip this version of Trenton style and try Papa’s, Conte’s or Classico if you are that desperate. Please don’t!
