Run by two brothers originally from
Hillsboro, NJ, this I quintessential NYc dyke slice joint. Unlike nearby shops that do slice specials only during lunch the brothers offer slices of many varieties morning, noon and night. The pizza is legit. I recently lunched on an eggplant parm slice and a slice of upside down Sicilian. the eggplant slice was marred by dollops of Ricotta. The eggplant was crisp. The upside down square had a rich tomato flavor and a relatively light crust.. 7.2 for the eggplant. 8.2 for the upside down.
