There’s 2 options for the dough. One is normal and the other is extra thin. I opted for extra thin and it was cracker thin. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as crispy as I would of liked, it needed an extra 2 minutes in that oven. It did have some bite and the crust was buttery and flaky, awesome. The sauce is sweet and I had to eat 2 slices to give it a fair determination. The cheese isn’t as fresh as I like, contributing to the sweetness of the sauce. I would rate it 6.8 or more if it had more crisp and it should for it being this thin. It’s not bad pizza but it needs a little help to elevate it into great pizza.
