Deluca’s is the restaurant part. But this is Rocky’s Pizza Bar. And this here is a must try. This is how a pizza is done. It’s lite but not little bitch lite. Well distributed sauce and cheese, little bit of olive oil, the pizza glistened. It glistened like it was sent from the Heavens. That’s what I like. Rocky’s Pizza Bar has now entered a conversation as a top 10 pizzeria on Staten Island. I don’t want to sound like a townie. But this pizza is a love letter to all the greats. If you loved Nunzios, if you love Denino’s, if you love Lees. This pizza is like a combination of them. My only problem is that it’s located in Oschcosh. But I’m telling everybody about it. Don’t you worry Rocky. You keep making great pizza and the place will be filled from the word of mouth from the fucking Bull of Bath fucking Avenue.
