Very well cooked, good crisp. However the sauce did not pop for me. Can’t go into the 9’s without a great sauce for me

This place is WAY overrated on this app. Takes well over an hour to get the pizza. I’ve had so many better pies in NJ and NYC. No worth an hour plus drive by far. Don’t believe the hype.

The crunch is perfect, the crust is perfect, sauce is amazing, no flop. Now I know why Portnoy gave it a 9.4

Was Dave high when he rated this? This is skating rink pizza. No flavor. Crust is bland. Fightin’ DeLucia’s bc I was fighting to finish the slice.

Dave had this spot on. The crunch of the crust, the tang of the sauce, the undercarriage, and the flavor of the cheese are all damn near perfect. Be prepared to call multiple times before getting through for an order, and wait times may be higher than average but it is all worth it. Easily a top 10 pizza in the state

Wowza, special experience fs, great spot, potentially the best pizza my taste buds have indulged in. If you r somehow are in the middle of nowhere New Jersey at some point def pop out cuz goddamn. Has a slight edge on di fara, a tad better than Luigi’s, and is right there with Lucali for the best I’ve had. What a day

Well worth the hype!!! The plain pizza has perfect crisp and top-notch sauce. However, I do not recommend any pizza’s with toppings.

I hate every single person that lives in a 10 minke radius of this establishment as they have the luxury of eating it whenever they want. The 3 hour drive and 4 hour wait was 110% worth it. The ingredients were so balanced and the crust was both crispy and soft (some how). I don’t think I’ll eat a better piece of pizza.

The best pizza I've had without a doubt. The dough, cheese, and sauce work together perfectly.

I feel like I'm eating pizza for the first time in my life. Every other pizza compared to this one may not actually be pizza. I'm jealous of those that live in this town. I had to drive 3 hours and wait 4 hours for this. Totally worth every second!

The pizza is good. The sauce is nicely spread and there is a good amount of cheese. The calzones are very good though, definitely get one if you go here.

Really good pizza with a unique crust. If it had been a little more well done I could’ve scored it a little higher.

This pizza has been #1 on my must-try list for a long time now. Not only is it one of Dave’s highest scores ever, but it’s in my home county. This is phenomenal pizza. The flavor is excellent and the crust is crisped to perfection. For a bar pie, it’s very thick. I’m not going as high as Dave did, but this pizza earns an 8.9, which puts it in my top 5 all-time and makes it the second best pizza in Somerset County right behind Chitch’s.

Lived up to hype, perfection flop, spectacular crust and sauce, cheese, excellent.

Dave, c’mon bro! I just left there. Good for Jersey, one hour+ wait time for a crunchy crust pizza? I give it 8.4

Plain slice required multiple bites due to the hype. Dave and community are loony tunes. This falls flat compared to Brooklyn, New Haven and Philly’s best. Quality, execution and crisp is top notch. Maybe the execution is ten. So what! Taste is way too vanilla to be considered special . This is 7.8 all day. This is only travel worthy in the land of crispy takes priority over taste. Not one ingredient jumps out as excellent. Bonus sausage and broccoli rabe rocks- 8.4 Bonus tomato pie- Awesome, but not even on the same planet as Philly at 8.6 Bonus clam- compared to New Haven it’s a joke- 7.2 Looking forward to my next visit to Brooklyn or New Haven for an antidote. If you insist on trying this overhyped nonsense at least do yourself a favor and check out the tomato pie. If you know Philly tomato pie, don’t go here period.

It’s that thing that makes you ask, “have I ever had better?” I’m not sure I have.
