DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

Fantastic. The pizza here makes me want to come back night after night. It touches all the bases: 1. The crust - crunchy and full of flavor. 2. The flop - minor floppage. Perfect. Not too much but enough to let me know they care about this pie. 3. The grease - where I come from, I like to fold it, allow some grease to drop and then I devour it. Here, I can’t fold but thats okay. Pick it up, turn it on its slight side, drip-drip, hammer that piece. 4. Taste - it tastes fantastic. Tasting a slightly crunchy piece of pepperoni can cure what ails ya. So good. 5. Service - short and sweet. ‘Nuff said. Go to DeLucia’s and you wont be disappointed.
