DeLucia's Brick Oven Pizza

You can tell the oven is great. No flop, cheese is cooked to perfection, no burns on the dough. The crust is the perfect size too, and the twists add another fun layer to the eating process. The service was also delightful, despite their busy schedule they managed to squeak out an extra pie for us on the fly, everyone else in the restaurant reserved their seating. I came in with great expectations, since this only one of 3 9.4s in the history of pizza. However, I was underwhelmed. Despite the quality of the bake and build of the pie, there was something… missing. Maybe there wasn’t enough sauce, or cheese. Maybe the quality of the ingredients wasn’t all there. I don’t know. But what I do know, is that this pizza is an 8.6
