Classic New England Greek style of pizza we see in the North east. Molten lava cheese and a soft crust. Sweet sauce.

Wait a few minutes to allow the pie to set up a bit then it isn’t floppy and the cheese isn’t too sloppy. Not a lot of sauce and the crust is nice and soft.

Subs I score a 10 .. pizza was like pizza sauce on bread , was way to much bread and soggy no crisp at all , sauce was tangy and a bitter . Buffalo chiken pizza was also a bust .
