Amazing slice top to bottom. Sauce and cheese combo was incredible and the crust was perfect.

Nice crunch to the pizza, perfect thickness! Overcooked a little bit. No flop! Cheese was excellent but sauce was a little bland!

ordered the 1851 pie well done. first pipping hot slice was an 8.5 and thats in the books, but off record its an 8; no rookie scores though. has high potential, quality flavor, good cheese sauce ratio, crisp, solid undercarriage. While crisp, still a tough bite as it was a bit doughy, higher sauce in the cheese to sauce ratio wouldve only helped as its excellent. A spot to revisit

A little small in size, bad/high price, a little burnt and too crispy, was also light on the cheese. The best thing and savior was the tomato sauce. Sauce was very good and the pizza stayed together

I came for a pie of pizza and ended up with a delicacy in my own hands. It is crisp to perfection, exuberant in its cheese, and balanced in its sauce. Beauty on a cardboard box.
