Another perfect pie. Good ingredients top to bottom. Nice crunch and solid sauce.

Thin but crunchy crust. The sauce is fresh, light, and succulent. The cheese is not too heavy and it passes the paper airplane test. Great overall pie.

Crunch of the crust incredible. Sauce had a good sweetness with the cheese not overbearing or too heavy.

Rich sauce and perfect proportion of fresh mozzarella. Edges of crust burnt rather than lightly charred but kept its shape and crunch.

Tried 40+ including all the 9+ places in Manhattan. This is #1 we’ve tried. Clam pizza is excellent if you want something different. As is the sausage/mushroom if you are looking for something more traditional.

Great pizza, pepperoni and cheese, perfectly crafted, little sweet on the sauce, great dough for the crust. 8.1, stand by it
