Yes, it's a baby slice from the One Bite Fest. Harder to judge but looking at the pictures from the Greenwich Village and Staten Island locations, this is the same thing. Pretty sure they're a gas deck oven place, which is what they had at the fest.
This was good, but not a great slice to me. Just a solid slice and I had more than what was pictured here to give them more than one shot. To me, this is more typical gas oven fare with maybr a better crust than your average slice joint a.k.a not as chewy and lighter. They probably use bread flour not the super high gluten stuff.
But there's not much going on flavor, sauce, cheese-wise, or in crust that sets it over the top. It's a neutral (neither naturally sweet or tart) sauce.
