Great pizza cheese was perfect

Really good flavor and crisp, every bite had crunch and no flop. A little on the thicker side and cheesy. No grease and beautifully charred undercarriage.

Eye test - solid Execution- solid Ratio - all good Sauce - more so tomatoes not so much sauce but works nicely Cheese - perfectly subtle Dough - crunchified but no special taste. Grieg said, “Norwegian scenery inspires me.” May not be travel worthy but certainly neighborhood worthy.

A special pizza! All it takes is one bite to know you have a pizza made by someone who knows what they are doing! The sauce and cheese are great. The crust is crisp with solid flavor from a well seasoned oven!
