Denly Gardens Old World Pizza

Around me this is the best pizza available it has minimal grease and the cheese and sauce on this pie was amazing

Fantastic. Tried both the monster and the Large. Both amazing.

Really disappointed with Dave on this one. I’ve had pizza from all over Massachusetts and this was just downright disgusting. So thin, greasy, floppy, and overall had no flavor. The crust tasted like nothing. I was super disappointed. I think Dave rated it an 8.1 simply because it’s an old school pizzeria and the vibe inside is pretty nostalgic. Owner is very nice but I did feel like an outsider when stepping inside… Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Won’t be back.

Best pizza on the south shore. I moved out of Weymouth 25 years ago, and I still take the trip for the pizza. The crust is just the right thickness and has a very satisfying crunch. Sauce is perfect - not too sweet. The roasted red peppers and ricotta cheese is my favorite. Portnoy wqs right with his recommendation.

Denlys is my favorite and most nostalgic pizza in the world. Their pizzas are often 10s in my book. Greasy, floppy, tasty.

Very solid pizza. Perfectly cooked, great crunch. Debated between 7.9 and 8.1

Looks better than it tastes. Nice and thin but absolutely zero crisp. Mega flop, mostly flavorless, greasy, crust was weird but I can’t really put into words why. It was light, which is nice.

When I first read the ratings on here, I thought there’s no way this could be an 8 rated pizza in a town of 6 and 5 rated pizzas. Boy was I wrong. This pizza is the perfect amount saucy, cheesy, and doughy. Yet thin all at the same time. Points off for flop & semi weak crust. highly recommend 7.8

Sit down and eat this fresh and it’s probably in the high sevens if you’re in the area. The taste got better with each bite but the structure didn’t survive the box well. Definitely stop here if you’re in the area.

GAWD DAMN this shit was good. And I call it how I see it…this pie can come back to my place any time it likes if you know what I mean🥴😋my girlfriend doesn’t know what she’s talking about she claims it’s a 4.5 but we both have this thing the business. 8.3 done

A simply outstanding pie

I rolled my eyes seeing the high scores, a 9.8 and a few 10s….come on. But guys, this pizza is a LEGIT 9.1 look at the places Ive reviewed, i take this shit seriously, probably angelos in NYC and pepes on wooster st have been better. Perfect crisp, bonus try the smoked mozzarella and sausage pie, but the cheese is all you need

Put this one in my top 5 favorite pizzas I’ve ever had. Great crisp, love the bubbles! Open since 1933! Don’t change a thing! Great atmosphere inside the store too! Thank you Denlys!
