This pizza is as close to perfection as you can get. This is the pizza I compare everything else too. I would have given it a 10 but I did want to withhold a small amount for future possibilities. The sauce has a sweet tang, the cheese is a fine mixture. Great crust and dough. There is corn meal in this, too. I like to wait about 7 minutes before I dig in. I feel it is around that time everything comes together. A little retraction of oil, etc Like grilling a steak and waiting a few minutes for all the juices to get drawn back in. After many years of serious roof mouth burns, waiting a little eliminates that. Denneno’s simply the best.
