Great pizza, sauce is sweet not a lot of flop with perfect bit of crisp to the crust

A lot of flop and grease , no crunch , some tang ... it’s ok but nothing to cream ur jeans over

Very very very greasy. Lots of flop and no significant taste. Not sure about the quality of the cheese.

Dough is light & airy, they bake at 550-600*, no char; sauce is slightly sweet, slightly acidic for a nice balance; cheese is the shredded blend that melts, has a nice pull. No special toppings, always the same. Points for consistency....never special, always good ***3 Slices***Good Pie
