Served hot after waiting 12 minutes for a fresh pie with a little Main St. Crisp and a tiny Highland flop.

There is a ton of sauce and it is very bland, flavorless and extremely sweet with no tang.
The mozzarella is well below average with decent salinity but it’s very rubbery and chewy. The dough could be replaced with cardboard and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. I’ve accidentally swallowed pieces of tissue that tasted better.

SAUCE: all bad, start over with a new recipe. Can’t fix crap.
Mozzarella: very poor quality, start over with a different cheese
Dough: bland, flavorless, tasteless straight up bad.
Summary: every single element of this “slice” is bad, very bad.
Hands down the worst out of my 100+ reviews. I recommend a total restart, nothing tasted today can be improved upon.
