Derby City Pizza Co. Express

I got the New York/New Jersey style 16” pie. No flop, which is good. The crust was bland and a little too soft. The sauce is alright but nothing to write home about. It reminds me of a better version of Pizza Hut. It’s not bad but it’s not great either. I was nervous from the moment I walked in and saw a conveyor style oven.
