If you think this pizza is ANYTHING below a 9 I’d suggest you stop eating pizza, find another food to ruin with your ignorance. The people running DeSanos come with talents from Naples, they source impeccable Buffalo mozzarella, properly rest their 00 flour dough, and use PROPER ovens. I’ve removed the basil to highlight the exceptional proportions all around on this pie. So lucky to live so close, like taking a bite back in Naples/Amalfi

Good, solid pizza. Sauce is on the sweeter side. Its a little greasy, but it actually enhances the flavor. The crust is really crispy, but the rest of the pizza is a little floppy (which personally, I kind of like that).

Visually, I was excited as this sortve pizza is usually right up my ally. I was staying at a nearby hotel so thought I’d give it a try. By the time the pizza got to me (legit 2 min drive to my hotel) it was cold. There is zero crisp and it was extremely floppy. Do not recommend if you’re looking for crisp!

Really thin and floppy crust but outside has just the right amount of char and crisp to it for this style, cheese taste fresh, taste is kinda light but taste fine, little crisp on pepperonis

Neapolitan pizza made in a wood oven. I really liked it. A Neapolitan purest might find some flaws with it but I think it didn’t take away from the pie. Fresh ingredients, and a nice sauce. Outer crust while thinner was still airy and cooked nicely. The center unlike a traditional Neapolitan was not undercooked so it stayed close to upright when holding it. I’d say if you’re not a fan of Neapolitan pizza this might be one you’d like.

Neapolitan isn’t ever my go to but i’ve had this ricotta stuffed meatball speciality at DeSano twice and it’s very good.

Really thought it would be better because of the reviews. The amount of grease was disgusting, I don’t know what they fed Dave but this wasn’t it! Along with being unevenly cooked, it really didn’t have any flavor due to the grease.

Pretty good pie sauce was excellent wish it had just a little more cheese on ot and the crust was just a bit crisper
