Solid pizza would get again. The under carriage was a little floppy on the ends of the slice, would like that a little more done, toppings slide off the end when you pick it up. Other than that very good pizza.

Meatball Madness with ricotta stuffed crust is 🔥🔥🔥. A must try.

It’s fine. The Desano is much better than the NY. Would have preferred more crisp and less flop. Plenty of char maybe too much.

The chew is better than any pizza- quality flour and dough method. Buffalo mozzarella makes it a little wet, but adds saltiness and texture. 1:50 in the wood fired oven produces optimum char.

Good slice, 7.1. Nice and thin, really cheesy and chewy. Good amount of sauce, and nice and light. The crust is a little charcoaly though surprisingly and I’m not a huge fan. But overall good.

He gives it an 8.9. It’s not that. It’s yummy though. I give it a rookie 8 because 8.1 is more special. Very fresh and yummy.

Standard Neapolitan 6.8 plus a little extra for good dough and sauce/cheese ratio. Wife agrees.

Sauce has a great tang to it. Super fresh taste. Great service and family friendly atmosphere

Now this is some solid za. Very fresh simple flavors. Minimal flop and absolutely delicious sauce that will make you feel like you’re in Italy.
