Tastes way better than it looks. Good char but greasy and way too much flop. Still a great pie!

Do you like Neapolitan? If so, this is a really, really good pizza with good tang to the sauce. Floppy but not really greasy. If you don’t like the flop, don’t bother.

Margarita dop extra crispy. Asking for extra crisp helped bump up the score. Very bland in every other aspect. After seeing the review for the other location by prez I was hoping this would be just as good but it left a lot to be desired if we paid more then 12.75 I would be really disappointed

DeSano is one of the Go-To places in Nash. Kinda like the Nike of Nashville pizza. Known for Neapoletana (which I am a big fan of unlike the pres). I’m also at the Assembly Food Hall location on my lunch break so I still need to try their stand-alone location. I got the Margherita VPN (which was still slightly Americanized) and they also offer a NY style cheese which I couldn’t pass up. I don’t wanna call it greasy but it was very heavy on olive oil. Other than that I’d say both were very good. The sauce is dominant—wish it was more present on the NY style. Extra crisp crust and undercarriage which is not always guaranteed here—I’ve had some pies that are flop city. These were outliers. I would not travel for this, but for a food hall location on my lunch break, it’s above and beyond.

A nice fresh Neapolitan margherita pizza. Cooked well, a little grease, a little runny sauce, but a good taste at a not outrageous price.

Way better than I was expecting. Fresh ingredients. Could’ve stayed in the oven for another minute or so but it’s packed so I get it. I’d absolutely eat it again. Good pizza!
