Detroit Style Pizza Company

This is another quarantine pizza review all the way from Ohio. I ordered these Detroit Style Pizza from Goldbelly. They arrived cold, not frozen and packed with two ice packs. It was recommended to bake thawed pizzas on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and allowing to rest a couple of minutes which is what I did. I had the Motown Meat Supreme. It had sausage, pepperoni, ham, and apple wood bacon. Crust is thick an hearty with a lot of crunch, especially on the outer edge. Cheese was quite good and the sauce is spooned on. I found the sauce to be quite tomatoey (is that even a word?!). Good overall flavor. Very good pizza overall. Outstanding. These might cost more than something from the frozen section at the grocery store, but they are well worth it! Definitely would recommend.
