Dewey's Pizza - Clifton

This pizza had its highs and lows. The sauce struck a nice balance – flavorful without overwhelming the toppings, giving each bite a good blend of taste. The salami was a highlight, cooked just right without the usual over-crisping that ruins the texture. However, the peppers missed the mark; they were noticeably undercooked, lacking that soft, roasted bite that complements the other toppings. The crust was another letdown, slightly burnt and tougher than expected, which took away from the overall experience. It’s decent but falls short of being memorable. Definitely room for improvement.
