Dry doughy but with a crisp undercarriage. Cheese is “bar pie” and ok but hard to taste any tomato sauce. Crust has a nice crisp but soft doughy center. > 9.0 = Travel out of state or 4 hours for the pizza > 8.0 = Travel up to two hours for the pizza > 7.0 = Local pizza that is a go-to. Very good pie > 6.0 = If you’re there already ya have it. It’s not bad but you not going way out of your way for it. < 5.9 = Worsening levels of MEH

Rollin’ Dough Reviews - Somewhere between fancy pizza and football pizza. Buttery crust, not my style. I like more of a flour-y crust, good crisp to it though. The flop was ideal, just the tip giving a hint of sag. Not impressed with the sauce though - too much sauce-to-cheese ratio on this one and the sauce is canned, not fresh, and overly spiced and seasoned to compensate. I think it could have used another 2 minutes or so in the oven. Overall, it’s edible and I’ll eat it, but it’s nothing to write home about. Not gonna wait more than 15-20 minutes for a table when I bring my fiancé. 6.1

This review is based off of the gold medal slice, not the pepperoni. Nice crust- nice balance of crunch and chewy in the outside with minimal flop. Definitely in the fancy pizza category, but worth it! Was leaning to a 6.9, but the sauce has a nice little zing with a lingering hint of heat. The pepperoni is definitely a good choice as well.
