Dewey's Pizza

This joint must think they’re amazing or something opening all these pizzerias across Ohio-Illinois-Kansas-Missouri. I’m not gonna bash their basic pizza THAT bad, because it’s not all horrible. I honestly really liked it. It was just super greasy. And you have to order it well done which is kinda stupid, can they not make it that way in the first place? The sauce was average and the flop was nonexistent. One thing I will say is that the char and crust was actually very respectable and probably the best part of the pizza. And they do a very good job laying a lot of pepperonis on the pizza, which is responsible for the grease. Could use a little more flavor, but besides that, it was pretty good. 6.8. That’s a review.

Good service seated quickly

Dewey’s has a great red sauce. Leaves a little bit of a zip when you eat it. Which adds a great combination with their thick/doughy crust. Has a little bit of a flop but not overly floppy. This is half normal Capri and half Capri with red sauce and no cherry tomatoes (both sides have extra fresh mozzarella).

Taco pizza. Great mix of zing and tang. Very good crust. Big flop. Approve

More flop that one would think but overall a very good pie. Fresh toppings and good amount of sauce. Crust was a little more cooked than the rest but super tasty! This is the Bronx Bomber.
