Ordered 2 plain and 2 square. 3 of 4 were very good - not great. Scored those an 8.1. The last square was burnt - not crisp - burnt. See pic.
I’m a Staten Islander - somewhat local. I passed a bunch of pizza places better than this that don’t charge $30-$35 a pie. Brothers Pizza, Joe and Pats, Deninos to name a few.
The original chef (Dom) isn’t cooking the pizzas - just kids doing the cooking. Maybe that is why the pies lacked the consistency.
Feels more like a tourist trap than a truly great pizza place. Not worthy of the hype IMHO. I don’t see myself coming back.
