Di Fara Pizza

This pizza is insanely good. It's very crispy throughout, the sauce is very good, the cheese is nice and the basil is a very nice touch. There can be a bit of a wait just for a slice but it isn't too bad. If you're in Brooklyn this is a must try.

Although the photo is from the South Street location, I am reviewing the original Brooklyn location. To begin, the South Street location is very mediocre. The original location is overrated on this app. I’d had to twice and it was prepared by the old man. The pizza is oily and very salty. It does have a unique taste, but it is not a 9 plus pizza. Don’t believe the hype.

Unequivocally the best slice of pizza I’ve ever had. The sauce to cheese was perfect, they even gave me a rustic vibe with a full piece of seasoned tomato (see left corner of slice) Crust was so crisp yet not burnt and the undercarriage defied physics it was crispy and perfectly floppy at the same time. I would go out of my way to bk to get this slice that is the ultimate grade of a slice my friends.

Spectacular. Slice from the first pie of the day. It’s what pizza should be. Sauce was fantastic and bitey without taking over. Cheese was perfect. Solid backbone.

Difara is unlike any pizza I’ve ever had. The best quality ingredients cooked to absolute perfection!

Excellent. Not as excellent as I was expecting but still excellent. Sicilian was better than the plain but I have a Sicilian bias. The plain was floppy although the taste was fantastic. Also noticed my pie did not look like what I expected and I wonder if there is some inconsistency. Sally’s is better in my opinion as is Popa’s in Trenton, Beddia and probably even It’s Nutts in Titusville NJ which is tremendously underrated.

This is horrible. I can’t believe the hype. Floppy and SOOOOOOO greasy holy shit. Should have just made a burger like I initially was going to do.

Che fico Salumi pizza. Good wood fire pizza. Could work on the sauce. 7.1. Restaurant not listed so ignore

Second best thin crust slice I've ever had. Could be cheaper since they do get a lot of business.

Best NY style pizza I’ve had.

I gave myself a 7.6

Floppy like your sista’s ass after her half dozen dunkys. No crisp, grease drip for days.

Regular better than the Sicilian. 8.3 for the Sicilian. Both crispy crusts and delicious fresh basil and Parmesan on top.

This place is worth finding. Pizza is delicious. Lots of flop with pepperoni, fantastic flavors and a unique crust.
