One of the best sauces I’ve had in New York. Great crispy crust, but a little thicker compared to a Johns. Given that, could use a little more cheese on top.

Had to wait 25 minutes for two slices, pizza was undercooked, and then the served the wrong order - Avoid like the plague 🦟

A pretty freaking great slice. Haven’t been to the original but I’d like to try that. Fresh ingredients and the oil and basil make it nice too.

FYI, haven’t been to the original yet. Yelp reviews for this location aren’t great, coming in with lowered expectations. Sunday afternoon, no line btw...going in for the bite...REAL good Franky. The dough could be crispier, but the taste of the sauce and cheese is pretty amazing. I see what the fuss is all about. I think this location has the same ingredients as the original, just needs a little more love put into it. Crispier dough and it’s definitely a 9+ slice

Williamsburg location, not the original - forced here because of time, original closes at 8. Good pizza, but not the 9.4 Dave gave the original. Medium crisp, light flop, would’ve liked it thinner, and crisper. Sauce was really good, not sweet. Relatively standard other than that. Traveled 2,400 miles and slightly disappointed, expected a 9.4. Go to the original location?

This is a close second to Lucali for Brooklyn’s best pizza, delicious regular slice... good crisp, sauce had some zing. Square slice was girthy... lots of sauce and lots of cheese. Both are extremely delicious.

Wanted to like it as much as the original. Cheese and sauce are phenomenal, but underside is basically a tortilla, and the crust is just okay. $5 slice, too.
