I loved the round slice as much as I hated the square. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients. But the square had a very doughy and heavy crust. Almost like it didnt fully cook. It stayed in my stomach all day. If you go, stick with the round pie. That one was very good. 8.5 on the round 5.8 on the square. Average 7.1

Great pizza. Solid crisp, crust has that slightly charred burnt taste that I really enjoy. Garlic knots are soft and really good with their sauce.

9.5 for a single slice of the classic round. Very crispy, no flop, great sauce, and the sausage is awesome. In the 8s for a whole pie of the classic round (much floppier and very little crisp, and loses its integrity quickly with the toopings). 9.1 for a square slice with pepperoni. Would’ve been higher with more cheese. This is the best thin crust pizza place I’ve ever been to in NC by far.

This is the best pizza I have ever had in North Carolina. Finding a good pizza place here feels damn near impossible, but I know it isn’t cause I just found one. I’m not a fan of deep dish, or thick crust pizza but the square slice was amazing. It was crunchy and soft. The white slice was so thin and crunchy, it was perfect. Both slices were delicious. My only problem with this place is the pricing. 25 dollars for a 12 count of garlic nots is kinda insane. If I wasn’t broke I would’ve loved to find out what makes them so costly. The pizza is also kinda pricey but it is more than worth it. What you pay for in pizza (and tip always tip) you get back in both quality, flavor and great service.

Zero flop. Excellent crisp. Tangy sauce.

I am not in Cary often but when I am, you will see me at Di Fara’s. Went for a run around town until they opened. Purchased two slices but I could have ate an entire pie.

Sauce is great. Crust was nice and crisp. A little droopy toward the center. I’d prefer smaller pieces of basil rather than large leaves. The square pizza was really oily.

Yes!! Huge fan…great crust, crunchy and sweet sauce which I’m a huge fan of! We’ll done Di Fara you’ll need to go a decent distance to find any better!

If you like a good charred slice this is the place for you. The undercarriage was great with an awesome sauce and flavor. The square slice was quite oily, the toppings were minimal and the price was high for the quality pizza you get. Overall it was quick but mediocre service.

Perfect thickness and the pepperoni is top class. No knocks on this slice, go for the square piece

Nice and crispy. Tomato sauce tasted fresh and delicious.

Great undercarriage. No flop. My go to place for a few slices. Eat here! BONUS: They use the New York Watermaker filtration system and I believe that’s what makes this pizza the best in the area.
