Di Fiore's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant

Literally this pizza has tasted the same for years I go there once a year hoping they add something to the sauce but they don’t. The sauce is literally the problem with this pizza it’s a watered down type mostly used from it almost seems a cheap plum tomato. I can guarantee it’s not San Marzano’s their using! I won’t say awful but very bland. The Crust they have down perfectly! Which is very strange. I’ve never been to a pizza shop where the sauce sucked but the crust is perfect every time for the last twelve years but hey I give it a 6.2!

A little to light on sauce "imo" and cheese doesnt have much flavor. But crust and cook is spot on.

Another Schnecksville staple. Heavy cheese, heavy greasy, heavy heavy pie. Has a great taste, but now i need a nap.

Decent crust. Cheese and sauce have no flavor. Even added spices, still nothing. Greasiest pizza I’ve had in a long time.

Good crisp, barely any flop, not a lot of oil run off, overall good local pizza
