Great crust, amazing crisp done to perfection. No flop either. A little too heavy on the cheese for my liking but it’s reasonable considering it’s a four cheese pizza (they don’t have a signature pie so I went with the only cheese pie on the menu). Sauce has some great tang and is not over bearing. Did get some grease drips from the slice though which I’m not crazy about. You can also really taste the authentic wood fired flavour too. Would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a unique experience sit at the pizza bar and you can see the care that goes into preparing each pizza. 6.9 for the traditional style pie.
