The pizza was very light feeling. Didn’t make you too full but didn’t leave you still hungry, it was perfect. The sauce was different but a good different, Little more spices too it! The only thing I didn’t like was that you could taste the ash on the crust from the (wood or brick I can’t remember which)oven but that just means it was fresh fresh!

Fermented dough, crisp outside but fluffy inside, herby sauce, good cheese, fresh basil. This is the real deal!

Appreciate the freshness but score could have been much higher if cooked a little longer. Undercarriage was way too doughy and needed some crunch
