OK pizza review time here at DiBari‘s… in Aberdeen. Brooklyn implants trying to make it here in Jersey. Great solid slice. Traditional good pizza. The crust is on the thin side. Pretty good flavor on the sauce and good quality cheese. No flop. With a nice underbelly. Just real solid slice…. I’m going with 8.1 on the review. Come and check it out

Sicilian good sauce and enough cheese easy 8.3 not too fluffy but fluffy enough and tons of crunch.

Banging pizza. 8.4 all the way. Great sauce. More crunch and we’d have an 8.8. Their BBQ chicken pizza is 🔥

Very disappointed at one of my favorite Pizza joints in NJ. Unlike DiBari’s usual crispy delicious pizza this pie was cold and soggy.

Tried to go back to the basic pizza pie at DiBari’s but was a little disappointed. The pie was slightly undercooked resulting in an awful flop and running cheese. Had not experienced this before at this pizza staple in Matawan. We can always blame the Friday night COVID take out rush. ☹️

What we have here is a very traditional Jersey slice, almost like a boardwalk beach slice. Crisp, no flop, low grease. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Recommended.

Go for the pizza, stay for the grandma. Delicious sauce, savory and sweet. The perfect amount of cheese, not too greasy. Crunchy outside, soft inside.

Great slice no flop very solid slice needed abit more crunch. Sauce sweet and not the over the top with cheese. Will go back again

Okay so not your basic plain slice but holy shit. The crust, the sauce the cheese the fresh basil. Everything about it is perfect! My favorite pizza to date (besides Ralph’s in nutley of course)

Came here for the one year anniversary special which was $5 for a large pie. The pizza was okay but definitely on the small side. Maybe the regular slice they serve in the pizza place is bigger than the one when you get a large pie?? Who knows.

Decent sauce decent cheese nothing crazy taste wise but decent if that makes sense! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not great but not bad either. I had the pasta and the chicken slices shown. Couldn’t justify a score in the 7s but didn’t hate it so went with the 6-9 sex.

“1 plain, not too crispy.” BEST slice of the day!! Great size slice with the perfect flop. Chewing & crispy dough with a nice, tasty cheese to sauce ratio. My score may be skewed from my previous 2 places I stopped prior to here. Never the less, it’s pretty good. 🍕
